African stories deserve African infrastructure.

Not a workaround. Not a compromise. A platform built with the realities of this market in mind — the artists, the filmmakers, the listeners, the culture, the connectivity.

We believe independent creators should be able to upload their music and films, build a real fanbase, and earn from every stream and every view — without signing away their rights or waiting for someone to discover them.

The best music and film coming out of this continent isn't being heard and seen loudly enough. That's the problem we're here to solve.

Where we come from Since 2018

Built in Namibia. Streaming across Africa.

DONLU Africa launched in 2018 out of Windhoek. Namibia was not an obvious place to build a streaming platform. No major label presence. No obvious investor appetite. A small market by most measures.

But that was exactly the point.

If we could build something that worked here — we could build something that worked anywhere on the continent.

Namibia first. Africa wide. That vision hasn't changed. What's changed is the scale.
